Service Description

Our Advanced Striking class is designed for experienced students who want to sharpen their stand-up game, whether they are training for competition or simply love striking as part of their martial arts practice. Drawing from Muay Thai, kickboxing, and boxing, this class focuses on higher-level technique, timing, footwork, combinations, defense, and live application. Our coaches help students build on their existing foundation, lean into their strengths, and continue developing their own striking style. This class is a great fit for advanced Pura Vida students, experienced hobbyists, competitors, and students joining from another gym who are ready for a more technical and challenging training environment.
